We just discovered yesterday that there was an issue with the HOA website and for some reason we were not receiving any of the great room request forms. This issue has been resolved by our website host, but they were unable to retrieve any of the missed requests. If you have submitted a request since December 20th and didn’t receive a confirmation email, please re-submit your request on the website and we will get it scheduled. Sorry for the inconvenience.
