All, we have had issues with some minor vandalism in the north clubhouse men’s restroom and have recently caught some minors in the act. They have cleaned up the mess and we have spoken to the parents. Vandalism will not be tolerated in the neighborhood and if caught we will be shutting off key fobs and sending a bill to the owners for any damage. Please let us know if you see anything like this going forward as any information could be helpful.
