All, as we discussed at the annual meeting earlier this year, we are going to be raising the annual dues in the Grove starting in 2024 from $400 to $475 on account of inflation. I would point out that over 75% of the HOAs that Neighborhood Services manages across the metro have raised their dues in the past couple of years and the dues haven’t been raised in the Grove since 2012. Ultimately, Caliber just wants to leave the HOA in a good financial situation when we turn it over in 2024 and currently the HOA is operating at a deficit.
