Dear Residents,
We are excited to announce the formation of several new committees designed to enhance and support our community here at The Grove. These committees are vital to ensuring our neighborhood remains a wonderful place to live, and we need your help!
We are seeking volunteers to join the following committees:
- Compliance Committee:
- Ensures adherence to the HOA’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and established rules and regulations.
- Reviews potential violations, works with residents to achieve compliance, and recommends actions to the Board.
- Maintenance Committee:
- Oversees the upkeep and improvement of the community’s common areas and facilities.
- Coordinates regular maintenance, identifies repair needs, and recommends enhancements to the Board.
- Financial Committee:
- Oversees the financial health and sustainability of the HOA.
- Manages budget planning, monitors expenditures, ensures timely collection of dues, and provides financial reports to the Board.
- Swimming Pool Committee:
- Ensures the safe and enjoyable operation of the community swimming pools.
- Oversees pool maintenance, coordinates with lifeguards, enforces pool rules, and addresses pool-related issues.
- Technology Committee:
- Manages and maintains the technological infrastructure of the community.
- Ensures the security cameras and key fob access systems are operational, maintains the community website, and supports the transition to the Town Square application for official communications.
- Neighborhood Events & Community Engagement Committee:
- Fosters a strong sense of community and enhances the quality of life for all residents.
- Plans and organizes events and activities throughout the year, promotes resident involvement, and encourages participation in neighborhood initiatives.
